Kirrie Connections is a pioneering dementia support hub based in rural Angus. They offer help, support and advice to both people who are living with dementia and their unpaid carers. The weekly carers group has provided invaluable support to Gillian over the last few years, and Moira enjoyed singing at the hub with Kirrie Connections.
