Story
In October, I lost my uncle Samuel to suicide.
Samuel wasn’t just my uncle — he helped raise me when I was a child. He was like a second father to me: my safe place, my family, and my best friend.
Losing him so suddenly shattered my heart and left a space in my life that can never be filled. Losing him in such a traumatic way has changed my life in ways i didn’t realise could happen.
This May — during Mental Health Awareness Month — my sister and I are walking 200 miles in his memory to raise money for Samaritans.
Samaritans are there for people who feel lost, hopeless, and alone — the very people Samuel always cared so deeply about.
I couldn't save Samuel, but if we can help even one person choose to stay, every step we take will be worth it.
Please support us as we walk for Samuel, for those still fighting silent battles, and for a future where no one feels alone in their darkest moments.
Every step is for Samuel.
Every donation could help save a life.
