Story

On the 12th of October 2023, we sadly said goodbye to our beautiful baby boy as he was born sleeping.

It’s going to be his 1st heavenly birthday on the 12th of October 2024, the same week as baby loss awareness week.

As part of Baby Loss Awareness Week, there will be a Ribbon Display hosted at the city car park Gilfach Goch.

Loss of a baby or pregnancy is heart-breaking, and this is happening to families across the UK every day.

During Baby Loss Awareness Week, we want to create a special display to remember all the babies gone too soon and invite everyone to join us in remembering theirs.

We are going to charge £5 for each ribbon, and these will display the names of the babies being remembered. The ribbons will be added to the display from the 9th October and will remain in place till the 15th. All monies raised will go to Sands, who work to save babies' lives and support bereaved families.

You don’t need to be a loss parent to contribute to this cause, if you’d like to donate you still can and I will put a ribbon up as a thank you

We are fundraising for the cause "Ribbon Displays for Baby Loss Awareness Week in aid of Sands" by participating in or celebrating event "Ribbon Display's in aid of Sands for BLAW 2024", which is a sporting event taking place on October 9, 2024. Our target amount is £500.

Please join us in creating a meaningful tribute and supporting this important cause.
