Molly’s London Marathon 2025 For Sarcoma UK

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
In 2025, I am taking on the London Marathon, a monumental challenge that embodies my journey as a survivor of clear cell sarcoma cancer. Despite my initial aversion to running, seven years in remission has taught me the invaluable lesson of resilience and highlighted the profound importance of organisations like Sarcoma UK.
Throughout my battle and for countless others, Sarcoma UK has been a pillar of support, providing essential resources, advocacy, and a community of understanding. This marathon is not just about physical endurance; it's a heartfelt tribute to the organisation and the incredible heroes who supported me through my toughest times and continue to aid those facing sarcoma. It’s for all those I have met along this journey and for those who are no longer with us, their memory, courage and spirit will be driving me forward with every step.
I am raising awareness and funds for Sarcoma UK, to give back ensuring their life-saving efforts can continue, offering my journey as hope and strength to survivors and their families. This marathon is my expression of gratitude and solidarity, a testament to defying the odds, celebrating life, and proving that together, we can achieve the extraordinary.
Your support—whether through a small donation or cheering me on as I (probably) crawl across the finish line, means the world to me.
With love,
Molly x
