I will be doing the Wye Valley Mighty Hike 2023 alongside Laura, one of my sisters and Miriam, a close family friend.

I'll be walking on the 9th of September in memory of my wonderful Mum who died of a brain tumour on the 6th of September nearly 3 years ago and to celebrate the strength, humour, and beauty of several friends and colleagues who are living through cancer diagnosis and treatment.

My Mum loved being in nature and her perfect day was a long walk and a good natter with family and friends so this challenge seemed a fitting way to raise money for a charity that helps support people as they walk the toughest of journeys.
