Irish Heart is the national charity fighting heart disease and stroke. Our mission is to affect positive change in the lifestyles of Irish people, to achieve better outcomes for those affected by heart disease and stroke and to challenge when the health of our nation is put at risk.

Welcome to our team page!

We’re taking part in the “Keep it Moving” Challenge to raise funds in aid of the Irish Heart Foundation.

We will be participating in a marathon-in-a-month challenge over the course of September to raise money and to improve our fitness and own heart health!
