Molly, Betsan, Llinos, Chris and Stu are running Cardiff Half Marathon in memory of David and in honour of Meg.

In October 2023, our family was devastated by a car accident in which David lost his life and Meg was left with a life changing brain injury.

Phil, Ells and all the family were supported by Day One Trauma in the months following the accident. Day One's vision is that everyone affected by major trauma is supported to navigate the challenges that they and their families face without feeling alone. They have been an amazing support for Phil and Ells through such a difficult time.
