Speak Out is an independent advocacy charity for people with learning disabilities. They make sure that people with learning disabilities can speak up and take action about the things that matter to them.

Their work gives a voice to one of the most marginalised and vulnerable groups in society, enabling them to express their views, have control over their lives and find solutions to problems and discrimination they face.

As with many other charities, Speak Out rely on donations from people like you to help support the work they do and ensure they can keep helping and raise the voices of people with learning disabilities. Any donation you can give will make a huge impact

£5 could pay for refreshments for 20 people at a drop-in session where they can get peer support, advocacy and information.

£10 could pay for transport for 2 people to get to one of our group sessions- where they can get to have their say.

£35 could provide an hour of professional advocacy for a person with a learning disability.
