Over our working history, we have worked closely with mind norfolk and waveny because they are incredible!

My dear friend Joe, sadly took his own life. I want to be able to raise money for a foundation that gives people the help and support they need when life isn't feeling how it should. The people that work there are incredible and we are so lucky to personally know them and work with them.

We are so lucky to work with dogs and be outside every day, support eachother and create strong relationships, we want everyone to know that it is ok not to be ok, and there are services and people out there that care and want to help, to clear the brain fog and get to the otherside.

I am so luckily to work with an incredible team - Jo, Sonia, Lucy, Keira, Sarah, Fiona, Hannah, Marie, we help eachother through and we are strong women, and even stronger together.
