Story
On 6th June, I’ll be doing a skydive for Wirral Hospice St John’s in memory of my dad, who passed away there last May from sepsis.
My dad was funny, cheeky, and always making people laugh — even though he battled Parkinson’s disease for 30 years. The staff at the hospice were absolutely incredible with him. They were so attentive and went above and beyond to make him comfortable, but more than that, they made the effort to make him smile and kept his sense of humour alive right until the end.
The care and compassion they showed to him, and to us as a family, is something I’ll always be grateful for. This skydive is my way of saying thank you and helping them continue the amazing work they do for other families.
If you’re able to donate, no matter how small, it would mean so much to me. Thank you for your support ❤️
