There are many scientifically proven benefits of aerial. Working in the air increases strength, stamina, core stability, balance and coordination. But it does more than that. The surge of endorphins (happy hormones) that comes with getting your feet off the floor and in the air does wonders for mental health as well as physical health.
Which is why we believe that everyone should be defying gravity, getting a new perspective on life and taking to the air!
