Story
I'm supporting Day One Trauma Support by running the 26.2 mile TCS London Marathon. Please help me to raise valuable funds for people who have suffered catastrophic injuries. Every donation will make a huge difference.
In October 2023, our family was devastated by an accident in which David so sadly lost his life, and Meg sustained a life-changing brain injury.
Day One Trauma offered valuable support and information to David and Meg's family in the months following the accident, and for that we are incredibly grateful and want to support the charity to help others in the same way.
I will be running in memory of uncle David, who we miss greatly, and in honour of Meg, who inspires me every day with her continuous strength and determination in her ongoing recovery.
Day One receives no NHS or government funding, so every pound raised will make a huge difference to people affected by life-changing injury.
Together we can ensure no one has to rebuild their life on their own.
