Story
In April 2027, I’ll be taking on the London Marathon in support of Sobell House Hospice.
I’m running to raise money for a charity that means so much to me and my family. Sobell House cared for my Auntie Jo, who will always have a special place in our hearts, and I’ll be thinking of her every step of the way.
I’ve previously ran for Sobell House and being able to represent them again is an honour.
Sobell House provides outstanding specialist palliative and end-of-life care for people across Oxfordshire who are living with life-limiting illnesses. They support not only their patients but also the families and loved ones around them, offering compassionate physical, emotional and psychological care when it is needed most.
Every year, Sobell House helps around 3,000 patients and their families, ensuring that nobody has to face the end of life alone. The care, dignity and kindness they provide make an immeasurable difference during the most difficult times.
Training for the London Marathon will be a huge challenge, but knowing I’m running for such an incredible cause will keep me going every step of the way.
If you’re able to support me, no matter how big or small the donation, it would mean the world to me. Every contribution helps Sobell House continue providing exceptional care to local families when they need it most.
Thank you so much for your support.
