🥶 NORTH SEA DIP FOR REFUGE 🥶

As you know, I LOVE a freezing cold dip in the depths of winter in the North Sea... but this time I'm doing it for an incredible cause! 💙

On International Women's Day, 8th March I’ll be braving the icy waves to raise money for Refuge, the UK's largest domestic abuse charity.

Did you know? Tonight in the UK, thousands of women with children are sleeping homeless because they've escaped abuse 😢 Many have fled with nothing but the clothes on their backs.

This is why I'm fundraising:

❤️‍🩹 £1 – Every penny makes a difference!

📞 £18 – Funds an expert response to a woman reaching out for help

🧴🍞 £25 – Provides food, toiletries & cleaning supplies for a family arriving at refuge with nothing

🛏️✨ £52 – Pays for ONE safe night in refuge for a mum & her kids – their first safe sleep in years
