March against living miserably

This March, MONY Group are marching together throughout the month to raise life-saving funds for their charity partner Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).

Story

This March, the six of us are committing to walking 10,000 steps every single day to raise money for CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

That’s 60,000 steps a day as a team.

Over 1.8 million steps across the month.

All for a cause that truly matters.

CALM is dedicated to preventing suicide and supporting people who are struggling with their mental health. They provide life-saving helplines, practical tools, and a voice for those who feel unheard. Suicide is one of the biggest killers of young people in the UK, and too many people suffer in silence. We want to help change that.

For us, 10,000 steps a day is a challenge.

For someone reaching out to CALM, it can be a life-changing step.

We’ll be walking in all weathers, on busy days, tired days, and everything in between — because mental health doesn’t take a day off, and neither will we this March.

If you can, please donate whatever you’re able to. Every contribution, big or small, will help CALM continue their vital work and be there for people when they need it most.

Thank you for your support — and for helping us turn our steps into something that could help save lives. £12.20 is enough to fund one potentially life-saving call.
