Update: Thank you to those of you who have sponsored me :-) just one more little run on Friday before I head off.

So after months of training in mostly ice/ wind/ rain/ hail and more rain Its time to taper ready for the big day in the big smoke.

After 10 years of trying I finally got a ballot place so for me this is very much a bucket list thing BUT I am incredibly lucky that I have a chance to do it in all senses of the word.

At National Star for many of the students everyday things that I (& you) do without even thinking are a challenge.
