I will be free-fall abseiling from the Olympic Park’s ArcelorMittal Orbit on the 7th of October to raise Money for The Mental Health Foundation.

Mental Health affects everybody, whether it's through yourself or through friends & family, however it's still a lonely illness that requires a lot more support. I am grateful to live in a time where awareness has become a much bigger priority, however we still have a long way to go in terms of support & understanding.
