Every New Year's Day we perform in Monkseaton and raise money for our group and a nominated charity, and we have chosen Daft as a Brush as our charity of choice when we dance on 1st January 2025.

We would like to invite you all down to Monkseaton on New Year's Day to watch the team dance, entertain the crowds and hopefully raise a lot of money in the process.

We usually start at 12:00 outside of The Ship Inn in Monkseaton, and the show usually lasts about an hour. We then dance inside all of pubs in Monkseaton, collecting as we go. We finish off at the Left Luggage Room for one final dance and we lead the crowd in rendition of Blaydon Races to put a full stop on the day.
