This year, my mum and I are taking part in the 10k Moonlight Walk to raise money for the Douglas Macmillan.

We'll be walking in honour of my grandad, who is currently going through radiotherapy for cancer. The last couple of years have been tough for our family, with health challenges affecting so many of the people we love, so this feels like a really important thing for us to do together.

We're doing this to show our support and raise money for an amazing cause that helps families during difficult times.
