Moosonee's First Responders are fundraising on behalf of Wounded Warriors Canada, an organization dedicated to delivering life-changing mental health programs for Veterans, First Responders, and their families.

Our First responders will be taking part in a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb. This is a symbolic event where participants ascend 110 flights of stairs—totaling 2,200 steps—to match the height of the World Trade Center towers and honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives on September 11, 2001.

Your donation helps ensure those who serve our country and communities have access to the specialized care they need when facing mental health challenges. As well as remembering all those who were lost during the tragic events of 9/11.
