Sparathon - Moral Culture Tae Kwon Do - Supported by Uplands OneTelco

IT’S TIME TO STEP UP!
We need your help. There’s an incredible charity I’ve supported for almost 20 years - Hope and Homes for Children. They work to ensure every child grows up in a loving family instead of an institution. Right now, there are still far too many children around the world trapped in orphanages, deprived of warmth, care, and a real childhood. We can make a difference.

So this is what I, and my amazing Team of students at Moral Culture Taekwondo are doing....
The Challenge: 1 Hour Sparathon 🥊
60-second rounds, a new partner every minute, non-stop sparring for a full hour. That’s 60 x 1 minute rounds with no rest between - pushing ourselves to the limit. Yes, it’s exhausting. Yes, it’ll test our endurance. But it’s also one of the best things we ever do as a club.
🔥 The energy.
🔥 The camaraderie.
🔥 The absolute madness of it all.
And most importantly? We do it for something bigger than ourselves.
So please donate what you can, and support our great students from 6 to 60 - putting their body's on the line for such a great cause.
💪 Let’s fight for something bigger. Let’s change lives. 💪
Hope and Homes for Children is an international charity working to bring 5.4 million separated children back to family. Following the UK Foreign Secretary’s launch of the first ever global campaign on care reform for children, the UK Government has announced that until 31st March it will match all donations to our Back To Family campaign. An anonymous donor has agreed to match the same amount, meaning your donation today could be tripled. Please support our global movement, and help every child feel the love and belonging of a safe family home.
