Story
Three Peaks for MORCure
In September, we’ll take on the National Three Peaks Challenge: climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours.
I’m far more at home running, cycling or swimming than climbing mountains through the night, but this challenge gives me the chance to support a cause that means a great deal to me.
MORCure was founded by the family of Amber, a wonderful little girl living with MORC2- Related Disorder, an incredibly rare neurogenetic condition.
I’ve seen a small part of their journey: the exhaustion and uncertainty, the determination to keep searching for answers, and the moments of joy along the way. What inspires me most is how they’ve turned this experience into support for other families, greater awareness and research that could change lives.
Every rare disease family deserves answers, support and hope. By taking on these three mountains, we’re standing alongside them and helping make their journey a little less lonely.
I’m proud to step outside my comfort zone for MORCure, Amber and every family they support.
Please donate today and help make every step count ❤️
Every contribution, however small, will help provide vital support, fund research and build a brighter future for families affected by rare disease.
