In August 2025, our beloved husband and father Kevin Morgan sadly passed away. In lieu of funeral flowers, Hayley, Lloyd and Huw invite friends, family and well-wishers to instead make a donation to one of the charitable causes which Kevin supported throughout his life.

Kevin was a serving member of the Bridgend Mountain Rescue Team throughout the 1980's, helping rescue and assist many people who had gotten into trouble on the hills and mountains in the region.

Since leaving the mountain rescue, Kevin remained an avid mountaineer and was always ready to give advice (and keep you safe!) to his fellow walkers.

Though the Bridgend Mountain Rescue have since been renamed as the Western Beacons Mountain rescue Team, they continue to this day. Any money that you can donate will be greatly appreciated and help continue the vital work to which Kevin contributed. Even if it means keeping one more person safe on the hills which he loved, we're sure it would have made Kevin very happy indeed.
