In October 2025 I will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on behalf of Action for Children. As part of the Action for Children team myself at Headlands School, I see first hand the difference even small donations can make in our effort to support children from under privileged and trauma based backgrounds. As part of the work we do, we provide children with a place in which they feel comfortable and supported in an effort to give them the best chance of success when they leave us. Many of our pupils have experienced great difficulty in previous education settings due to their early childhood traumas and we aim to give them the tools they need.

Any donations will be greatly appreciated by not only myself, but everyone at Action for Children, including our pupils themselves!
