On September 24th, a small team of researchers at the University of Sheffield will be attempting the Sheffield 10k to help raise money for a fantastic cause.

The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, they're moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour.

Much of the research carried out by our team is uniquely funded by this amazing charity. I will be running in support of my mum, who is currently living with a brain tumour.
