Sport has the power to transform lives – not just physically, but mentally too. At Sport in Mind, we use sport and physical activity to support people struggling with their mental health, helping them build confidence, resilience, and hope.
I am taking part in Endure24 Reading 2026, a 24 hour race around a 8km loop and doing as many loops as possible in that time.
I'm not saying the more money donated towards this means I will run further.. but I also kinda am. if we get to 500, I will go for 100 miles, the furthest I have ever run, and do it all for the charity.
Every donation goes towards helping raise funds towards vital sessions, workshops and activities that improve the mental well-being for those who need it most.
Over the years, running has helped me so much with my own mental health and has been a real pillar in my life, so to be able to push those limits alongside Sport In Mind, I could be happier. This is the 2nd time I have raised money for these guys and will continue to do so.
