It's a privilege to cycle the Ford Ride London-Essex 100mile for WayMaker International who are changing the lives of children in need in Africa, making a way to provide water, schools, food and medicines.

Due to picking up an injury in January training is now starting in all earnest and I will be ready for come end of May. :)
