MND is a cause very close to my heart and I’ve been taking part in DoddieAid since it began. Doddie Aid is a way for us all to do our little bit to help the Foundation in the quest to find better treatments for MND.

This year I’m completing 5k a day for all of DoddieAid .. 35 consecutive days. I’ve also added an extra challenge of dry January .. those who know me will appreciate which is the harder of the 2!
