I'm running with my dear friends Naima and Nusaybah at the Supernova 5k on 22nd November for a charity close to our hearts - Medical Aid for Palestinians ❤️🏃🏽♀️.
MAP offers medical services in the West Bank, Gaza and Lebanon and advocates for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. They provide urgent medical aid while also working to strengthen the long-term development of the Palestinian healthcare system ❤️🩹.
As Muslims, we are taught to love for humanity what we love for ourselves, a hadith that is deeply dear to my heart and one I aspire to live by:
"None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother that which he loves for himself." [Al-Bukhari] [Muslim]"
