As with our earlier event , whilst under my name it is on behalf of the entire team involved .

THE MOUNTAINS

On 10th July 2025 , Steven Smith and Tom Wilkins and their support team / drivers Ben Bucklow and Paul McGregor will set off to Scotland to take on the 'National 3 Peaks 24hr Challenge' .

Between approx 4:00pm on Friday 11th July and 4:00pm on Saturday 12th July Steven and Tom will attempt the ascent of Ben Nevis in Scotland , Scafell Pike in England and Snowdon in Wales.

Walking distance 23 miles , Driving Distance 450 miles , Total Ascent 3064 metres . All within 24hrs . A huge challenge for both walkers and the support team / drivers .

THE MUSIC

On Sunday 13th July a 'Welcome Back' fund raising reception including an afternoon of live music provided with the generosity of local musicians , raffle , auction , and cake sales run by local helpers will be held at and with the invaluable help of The George Inn at Tiffield.
