Geoff was cared for by the wonderful staff in St Catherine's hospice for many weeks prior to his death and by their fast track home visiting team leading up to his admission. Their care and compassion for Geoff was second to none and they were hugely kind and supportive to Jean and all the family during this time. Geoff was immensely grateful to them, as are the family.
