Story
I’m raising money through Move for Neurodivergence to help improve access to diagnosis and support for neurodivergent people. Around ten years ago, I was diagnosed with Asperger’s, ADHD, and dyslexia — a process that was only possible because my parents were able to fund it privately. I know first-hand how life-changing that clarity can be, but also how many people are unable to access it due to cost or long waiting times. Since my diagnosis, fitness and physical challenges have played a huge role in supporting my mental wellbeing, giving me structure, focus, and resilience. Through this campaign, I want to show how movement can be a powerful tool for managing neurodivergence, while raising funds to help others access the support they need.
