This Movember we are raising funds and awareness for an issue that impacts far too many men: suicide.

Every year, in the UK alone, over 5,000 men take their own lives that's three out of four suicides in the country. These heartbreaking statistics reveal a stark truth: men are struggling, and too often, they're not reaching out for help. Behind each number is a man, a friend, a partner, a brother, who felt like there was no other option. But we can change this. Together, we can make a difference.

By donating to our Movember fundraiser, you're helping to fund vital programs that focus on mental health support for men.

These funds go toward initiatives that provide critical resources from helplines and counselling services to mental health awareness campaigns - all aimed at reducing the stigma around men's mental health and ensuring no man feels he has to face his struggles alone. This Movember, let's start conversations, challenge the stigma, and save lives.

Movember are the leading charity changing the face of men’s health. They know what works for men – and what doesn’t. Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention – they're taking them all on.

Since 2003, Movember has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, and shaking up men’s health research.
