Move your bum for Ben Plumb is back for 2025!

This year feels especially significant — our fifth year raising money for suicide prevention, and a chance to mark what would have been Ben’s 40th birthday.

Every day in the UK, around 19 people lose their lives to suicide — each one a tragedy that could be prevented. Menscraft works to support men in crisis, giving them hope, connection, and a reason to keep going. With your support, we can reach more men when they need it most.

Over the past five years, the support we’ve received has been incredible, and we can’t thank you enough. Every donation, every step walked, and every word of encouragement helps us honour Ben’s memory and prevent other families from experiencing the same heartache. Together, we’ve raised more than £11,473 through Move your bum for Ben Plumb — and with your help, we hope to go even further this year.

As always, we’ll have two different walking routes to suit all ages and abilities, both starting from the Buttercross in Bungay on Saturday 8th November:

- A gentle 2–3 mile walk around Bungay, starting at 14:00.

- A longer 10–12 mile route through surrounding villages, starting at 13:00.

We’ll finish at the Dragon in Bungay, where we've got a raffle and live music from 19:30 from The Muphetts! Even if you’re not able to join the walk, come and celebrate with us over a pint or two.
