Romsey Abbey CE Primary School support the great work of local charity Romsey Young Carers who support so many children across the Romsey area who have caring responsibilities for a parent or a sibling. We see the difference Romsey Young Carers make with a ever-growing group of children at our school and we know this is replicated across all the other schools in the Romsey area.

This year I am running my first marathon, the Southampton Marathon, on Sunday 3rd May and wanted to use this challenge to try and raise £300-£500 for Romsey Young Carers. We are also encouraging our wonderful pupils to think creatively about things they can do over the bank holiday weekend to show their family, friends or community how much they care.
