Mr Bond's Anfield Abseil

Ian Taylor is raising money for Age UK Cheshire

Age UK Cheshire's Anfield Abseil · 17 May 2026

Age UK Cheshire works with older people in Cheshire to support them in living their best life by relieving loneliness, so older people feel connected, combatting poverty, so that older people have enough to live on, and increasing independence, so older people can live the lives they want to lead.

Story

After years of watching 007 get out of scraps with acts of extreme bravery RSMs very own Mr Bond is taking on the Anfield Abseil challenge.

Climbing to the top of the Main Stand roof, one of the largest all-seater single stands in European football, then he will lean back over the top edge and start his 100ft descent down the side of the stadium. Its a fantastic chance to experience Anfield Stadium from a completely angle, then safely land after his adrenaline-fuelled adventure. All whilst raising money for a very worthwhile cause.

Age UK Cheshire is a local social enterprise and charity that is dedicated to later life.

They co-produce excellent services, make opportunities, connect people meaningfully and influence positive change.

Because of their work, people love later life in Cheshire.
