In 2018, I was diagnosed with MS after facial paralysis. I moved around due to work, but finally I returned to Scotland in 2020.

My partner Alejandro and me, made lifestyle changes, quit smoking, and started exercising. My MS remained quiet until I became nervous, at which point I experienced some numbness in my face.

Last year, we bought second-hand hybrid bikes and embarked on the NC 500 adventure. Despite challenges with wild camping and tough paths, we enjoyed stunning landscapes and camping spots. Storms, wind, and rain tested us, but we found comfort in campsites and cafes along the way.

Our journey had its ups and downs, but we treasured the experiences and reached our destination. The journey back home presented unexpected challenges, but we made it safely.

This year, we have made significant progress in calisthenics. We have gotten in shape!

We are about to embark on a new adventure! From Inverness Castle to Edinburgh Castle, we will begin on day 2, and we're not sure when we'll return.

I will be carrying an extra saddle to accommodate my fatigue and brain fog, which may slow me down and cloud my thoughts, but they won't stop me! Life is meant to be enjoyed and every moment should be seized as if it were the only one.
