I am excited to share that I will be participating in a personal cycling challenge to support the Sedulo Foundation, who are this years charity that Pageant Girl UK are fundraising for, and as your Ms Pageant Girl Suffolk 2024/25 I wanted to push myself to raise as much money as possible for this incredible charity.

So starting 12th June I will start with 20 minutes, I will then increase my cycling time by one minute each day, meaning the first day it’ll be 20 minutes, 2nd day 21 minutes, 3rd day 22 minutes, etc, then the last day, which will be 11th July, will be an hour. This journey is not just about personal achievement; it’s about making a difference for those in need.

For those of you that know me, you know that exercise is very difficult for me and that this really is a big challenge for me. For those of you that don’t know me so well, I haven’t exercised much in the past decade due to chronic illness and becoming disabled through full body chronic pain, so you can imagine how much of a challenge this will be for me.

The Sedulo Foundation plays a vital role in our community, providing essential support and resources to individuals who require assistance. Your generous donations will help ensure that their important work continues, allowing them to reach even more people who are facing challenges.
