Amy, LJ and Molly takes on Born Survivor for Trinity Hospice and Brian House Childrens Hospice

Amy Pezet is raising money for Trinity Hospice and Brian House Childrens Hospice

Trinity Hospice Born Survivor 2026 · 12 September 2026 ·

Trinity Hospice is excited to announce that we have teamed up with Born Survivor again for 2026 We’re looking for individuals and teams to join us in Gisburn Forest to take up the ultimate challenge.

Story

Whilst sharing a volunteer coffee shift in a local church cafe, Molly, LJ, and Amy decided that life was a bit too cushie and we wanted a challenge together soooo....

Under the name of Mud, Sweat, and Prayers, we will be taking on Born Survivor 12k - a run combined with 30 obstacles, designed by the Royal Marine Commandos. Amy has never run more than 6k before, Molly is worried about her tragic upper body strength and LJ doesn't like water (or mud) - what could go wrong?!

So why are we putting ourselves through this? For Trinity Hospice, who do brilliant work up and down the Fylde Coast, supporting patients and families with a terminal diagnosis. As the only hospice in the area, they are a vital part of the community and help provide care at home as well as in multiple day centres.

So if you want to see photos of LJ running through fire, Molly covered in mud, and Amy red in the face from running too far, please consider sponsoring us. It would also make you a super good person and help others in need. £5 makes all the difference.

If you want more details of what we've signed up for, click on the link below to see some of the obstacles we'll face. https://www.born-survivor.com/obstacles/

Thank you in advance - and look out for some very unflattering photos!
