This May, we're taking on a 100-mile walking challenge to celebrate everything our Adult Day Centre means to the people who come through our doors. For more than 30 years, Muirshiel has been part of the community - a place where adults feel safe, welcomed and connected. It's a space where routines are built, friendships grow, confidence is encouraged and laughter is part of everyday life.

Walking 100 miles isn't just about the distance. It's a showing what movement, togetherness and purpose can do. Throughout the month, staff and the people we support will be walking local routes, taking steady steps and celebrating the small wins along the way. Every mile reflects the strength, resilience and spirit of the people who make our centre what it is.

By taking on this challenge, we're shining a light on the importance of having a place where adults can feel included, supported and part of something bigger.
