The Chiltern Centre provides bespoke, individualised care to young people with learning disabilities. It gives them opportunities to socialise, learn new skill, move towards greater independence and have fun. All the while it provides their families with a much needed break from their caring role.

The Chiltern Centre is a wonderful place providing specialist care for youngsters (16 to30 years old) with disabilities. The Chiltern empowers youngsters to have fun, make friends, learn , grow and develop whilst providing their families with the break they need.
