I am taking part in the London Marathon 2026 with Team Whizz Kidz!

I’m a primary school teacher with a passion for inclusion. Over my 9 year teaching career, I have had the privilege of supporting a number of disabled children in my classroom. Their strength, creativity, and resilience have inspired me deeply — and made me want to do more to ensure all young people have the tools and support they need to thrive.

I’ve seen first-hand the challenges that come with losing physical independence. It’s been a reminder that we should never take the capabilities of our bodies for granted — and that everyone deserves the chance to reach their full potential, no matter their physical ability.

That’s why I’ve chosen to run for Whizz-Kidz, a charity that provides disabled children with the mobility equipment, support, and opportunities they need to live full, active lives.
