Many families are touched by mental health issues and, unfortunately some, like ours, are smacked in the face. To remember my dear son Jamie and to help this great charity, I ,and my old friend Denis Robson, will cycle the 234 mile long Caledonian Way during the first week of September this year. It may be a glorious few days in Scotland’s best countryside or… it may be a midgie infested, saddle sore, wet and misty slog. Please help us by giving what you can. Thank you.
