I'm Bill I Went through a Tough time with my mental health A few years ago. It was a very difficult time in my life but with help and support from My close family & Friends & through MIND which were amazing, I'm here to Tell my story and Give back.

Here at EleganceEssexuk We have teamed up with some really talented artists to Put on a music Event on Saturday 9th August 2025 To Raise Money for MIND charity in aid of Mental health!!

My story is like so many Men in the UK , Suffering in Silence feeling Different or Not to sure how to deal with daily emotions, People saying Just snap out of it . so many people relate to this , I know I did.

My story, I suffer with Anxiety & depression, it's something I live with daily, some days are great some days it's ok not to be ok . I'm not ashamed of who I am and in fact makes me stronger and I want to Look after myself . I learnt the more you talk the better you feel , and with a network like MIND there is support at every turn . So don't feel alone and don't isolate yourself from family & friends, You will come through this and together! One day this will be you writing your own story .
