My name's Luke, one of the label managers of Mustard Music. My personal experience with mental health and losing a sibling to suicide in 2016 has given me the hunger to make a change! We as a society do not speak enough about our emotions and tend to bottle it up as we think it's "easier" than sitting down and speaking out loud about our troubles, our worries or whatever may be affecting us.

Well believe me its wrong! The stigma needs to change in us as a human race for the benefit of our future.

I've raised money for Movember over the last 2 years and we're looking to do more!

We have arranged a lovely family day for the cause, it will be held at The Old Maypole, IG6 2NG, on the 31st August 2024, starting at 1pm. This will be a place we can all be together to give back to the people who need it most!
