Story
The MVMNT 100 Minute endurance challenge
When:
08:00 New Year's Eve
Objective:
Accumulate the maximum combined total distance and calories across all four stations over four fixed, continuous 25 minute periods.
Team Composition:
Teams of 2 or 3
Total Event Time:
100 minutes (1 hour 40 minutes)
Event Structure:
4 x 25 Minute work windows alternating between RowErg, SkiErg, Bike & Run.
The event is run as a constant relay: one team member is always working while the other 1-2 team members are resting.
Team members can tag in and out of the active station as often as they like. The aim is to accumulate the most distance (run) and calories (row, ski, bike) as possible.
Minimum £12 per person (or a donation of your choice) with all the money raised going to the local charity, Red Kite Family Centre.
