Throughout 2024 I will be taking on the SuperHalfs 5 race Half Marathon series in aid of MIND - Lisbon, Prague, Copenhagen, Cardiff and Valencia half marathons all in one year.

MIND is a leading mental health charity in the UK. Mental health is a cause that's close to my heart, and I'm passionate about supporting the work that MIND does to promote mental health awareness and provide support to those who need it.

MIND is committed to providing information and advice, as well as offering a range of services to support individuals who are experiencing mental health issues. Their work is crucial in helping to raise awareness and understanding of mental health issues in society.

I believe that everyone deserves access to the right support and resources when they need it, which is why I'm taking on this challenge. Covering 100km over challenging terrain is no easy feat, but I'm committed to pushing myself to the limit to make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling with mental health issues.
