On 21st June we will be cycling 55 miles from London to Brighton to raise money for the Tree of Hope children's charity. This charity is incredibly important to us as it has provided essential support for Fraser over the years.

We haven’t trained together since we did the Blenheim Palace triathlon in 2018. However, securing a place in this year's bike ride has given us the motivation we needed to dust off our cycling gear and start training again.

We started our training in January and have cycled several times a week since then, gradually increasing our miles. It’s been very challenging at times but we both really want to cross that finish line and raise as much money as possible.
