On 21st June I will be cycling 55 miles from London to Brighton to raise money for the Tree of Hope children's charity. This charity is incredibly important to me as it has provided essential support for my son over the years.

After a cycling accident at the start of 2024, I found myself hesitant about getting back on the bike. However, securing a place in this year's ride has given me the motivation I needed to dust off my cycling gear and start training again.

Having not cycled for two years, tackling this distance is going to be a big challenge. But with training well underway, I'm beginning to feel that I might just cross that finish line.
