On March 17th, Kris and I will be taking part in Grief Encounter's "Forget Me Not Walk". We have chosen the beautiful Pentlands for our walk and will share updates on Facebook and Instagram!

This is a Nationwide effort in order to raise funds for a charity close to my heart that provides support and counselling to children, young people and their and families going through a bereavement. Their mission is a World where no child is left to grieve alone.

I (Jamie) lost my mum when I was just 13 years old as a result of Lung Cancer, and still suffer ongoing life challenges as a result. By providing support at a young age can help children develop a more healthy life in their future by receiving bereavement support.

By raising £10, this gives a child access to a specially designed "bereavement storybook" which will help with the challenged of bereavement.

£50 will fund access to a full grief talk session to offer advice and support
