In May 2026 I will be taking on an extreme version of the National Three Peaks challenge to raise funds an awareness for suicide prevention charities Samaritans, Campaign Against Living Miserably and mind.

The challenge will involve over 550 miles of trails, crossing through three countries, Wales, England and Scotland whilst tackling the highest summits in each and including 60,000 feet of combined elevation gain.

My own mental health has been something that I have struggled with since childhood and it was after a very dark spell that I discovered hiking and adventures in the great outdoors and the benefit it has had on both my physical and mental wellbeing.

Now it's time to give something back, this is going to be a huge challenge which is going to test every inch of my body and mind. Any support will be massively appreciated.

This challenge is fully self funded so 100% of all donations go directly to the charities, mind North Staffs, the Campaign Against Living Miserably and the Samaritans.
